  • Specially designed for high-performance injection molding applications.

  • Heat-stabilized grades offer excellent mold release, high strength and rigidity, low moisture absorption, elevated heat deflection temperatures, and superior electrical and chemical resistance—all while enabling fast molding cycles and consistent shrinkage.

  • Glass fiber–reinforced FR grades meet anti-dripping requirements and achieve UL 94 V0/V1/V2 flammability ratings, along with Glow Wire Ignition Temperature (GWIT) compliance at 850°C and 960°C.

Black, Natural

Unfilled Super Tough PBT Compound

Black, Natural

Heat stabilized, Medium strength and rigidity, low moisture absorption, Excellent elasticity, Flexibility, Elongation at break and Impact Strength properties.

Industrial pump body, Water Tab Knobs and Housing, Connectors

Glass Fiber Reinforced PBT Compound

Black, Natural & White (GF- 15, 20, 30 & 35%)

High Electrical insulation properties, Excellent mechanical and thermal properties. Offers higher heat performance with rigidity.

Car mirror Cover, LED Housing, CFL Housing, Door Handles, Electrical and electronic spare parts, Automotive electric plug, Automotive light bezel application etc.

Flame Retardant PBT Glass Filled Compound

Black, Natural & White (RoHS Non Halogenated, GF 20 – 30%, FR -V0, GWIT-850, 960°C)

Moderate strength, Anti dripping. Flammability rating vertically meets UL 94 V0 /V1/V2 and Glow Wire Temperature- GWIT (850 & 960°C) requirements.

Plug and Socket, Connectors, Jacks for electrical appliances, Switch boxes, Terminal blocks, Encapsulation, Armature core, Bobbins etc.
